For the safety of all, we have a metal detector inside the entrance.

Pockets and purses will be required to be emptied into a bin to check for items that could pose a safety concern.

GUNS, KNIVES, CUTTERS, VAPES, LIGHTERS, E_CIGARETTES, BACKPACKS or any item we deem a possible safety concern, will be required to be returned to your car.

Mohican Haunted Schoolhouse reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone. You will not be admitted if you appear intoxicated or impaired.

You will experience intense audio, visual, lighting, and other special effects under extreme conditions with low visibility. This includes strobes and fog and water. Attendance is not recommended if you are pregnant, have claustrophobia, a heart condition, seizures, respiratory problems, anxiety, or any condition that puts you at risk.

The holder of this ticket understands that there is a risk associated with attending Mohican Haunted Schoolhouse. You may be touched or come into contact with others. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation. The attendee agrees to release operator, corporation, officers, and workers from any liability due to harm, injury, medical cost, or expense that may arise from attending. Mohican Haunted Schoolhouse is not liable for any sickness, or medical condition that may occur from attending our haunted attraction. Please abide by current medical guidelines dictated by the state.

You may be photographed or videotaped or audio recorded. By attending you are giving your permission for your image and/or sounds to be used on social media or in advertising.

Mohican Haunted Schoolhouse will NOT accept liability or reimburse anyone for lost, stolen, or damaged property that is brought onto or into the premises. Attendees will NOT be allowed to search for “lost” items in the haunt, nor will the “show” stop for haunt workers to look for them. Lost items should be reported to the attendant in the merchandise shop as you leave. Please make sure your contact information is current and accurate in the event your item is found or turned in.
